   Our training began with an overview of
   physics, physiology, equipment and
   Recreational Dive Planners. The “Fischer
   Price” physics review was absolutely
   awesome. Physics isn’t complicated
   anymore! With the review process and
   all additional IDC training provided by
   Ocean Divers staff, I am truly prepared
   to teach my first open water class.
 

   One of the many things I enjoyed about Ocean Divers was that I didn’t feel like a number.
   Our group was small and I received individual training/coaching when I needed it, The staff
   was so accommodating that they provided all IDC candidates with home phone numbers or
   cell phone numbers, The staff was always there for us encouraging our success.
 

   I would personally like to thank the staff at Ocean Divers.
   They challenged me to be the best instructor possible.
   The mentoring provided by these individuals surpassed
   anything that I ever experienced in my professional
   business career.
 

  
   The dive shop is directly above the classroom with the two Ocean Divers boats out front.
   And the pool is a short walk from the shop for your confined water training. There is also a
   restaurant with great food conveniently located next door. And, if you are really lucky, you
   might have the opportunity to experience the Hyperbaric Chamber first hand!

   Be ready to step up to the plate! If you
   accept the challenge, you will push yourself
   to gain a heightened awareness for student
   safety, be able to anticipate problems
   before they occur, on the surface and
   and underwater, demonstrate compassion and
   empathy for your students and allow them to
   have fun with their diving experiences. Sharing
   your knowledge and enthusiasm with your
   students will challenge them to be the best they
   can be as well. These are only a few things I
   brought back home with me from Ocean Divers.

  The Ocean Divers facility in Key Largo
   is outstanding. The classroom is very
   high tech utilizing the most current
   training aids available from PADI. It
   was an easy transition once I began
   training students in my own classroom
   environment. The Prescriptive Lesson
   Guides are a must for any Instructor
 

   The IDC with Joe was the best and exceeded
   my expectations. I would highly recommend
   the IDC with Joe at Ocean Divers to anyone
   wanting to become a PADI Professional. Joe

in completing the last IDC through Ocean Divers in Key Largo, Florida
I’ll also admit that they were not my original choice for attending the IDC, but after more than 3 years of trying to find the right combination
of time, money, place, and opportunity, the road led me to Ocean Divers. It has turned out to easily be one of the best decisions I’ve made in recent years. Joe Angelo, Georgia Hausserman, and the entire crew at Ocean Divers worked together to create an excellent learning atmosphere that was fun, informative, and rewarding in every way. The combination of personal attention and emphasis on the quality of education rather than just getting past the IE were exactly
